Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide skilled therapy under the supervision of a licensed OT in a patient-centered setting. The OTA will deliver treatment, monitor progress, and document outcomes per established plans of care.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while fostering positive client relationships and continued professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduated from ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant state license.
• Fluent reading/writing English for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Support patients in improving functional abilities under the direction of a licensed OT.
• Contribute to the development and success of the OTA program within the facility.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality, compliant therapy services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of occupational therapy best practices and regulatory standards.
• Apply appropriate billing practices and treatment delivery models.
• Deliver care aligned with treatment goals and documented plans of care.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
