Job summary
Reliant Rehabilitation, one of the nation’s largest contract therapy providers, seeks a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver compassionate therapy under the supervision of a licensed OT. You will support patients in improving independence and participate in treatment plans across diverse care communities.
Requirements include graduation from an ACOTE-accredited OTA program and a valid OTA license.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant state license.
Responsibilities
- Support patients in improving functional abilities and independence under the direction of a licensed OT.
- Contribute to the development and success of the OTA program.
- Maintain professional conduct and stay informed on developments in occupational therapy and healthcare.
- Ensure compliance with billing practices and treatment delivery models to meet clinical and regulatory standards.
- Deliver care aligned with treatment goals and produces meaningful outcomes.
- Follow infection control and environmental safety protocols within the facility.
- Communicate effectively in English for documentation and patient interaction.
