Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide high-quality therapy under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. You will work with patients to improve functional abilities and independence, while collaborating with facility staff to deliver care aligned with established plans of care.

The role requires graduation from an ACOTE-accredited OTA program and a valid OTA state license.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited OTA program.
• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant state license.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed OT.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff while delivering treatment.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with state and federal regulations.
• Support Rehab Technicians as needed and assist with case management.
