Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation, LLC in New Jersey is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to help patients regain function in an in-facility setting. You will implement occupational therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments to restore independence.

We value compassionate care and teamwork, collaborating with the Director of Rehab and fellow clinicians to help patients thrive. You will engage in patient-centered activities and contribute to individualized treatment

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs for patients according to recovery plans.
• Deliver hands-on therapy treatments to improve daily living skills.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans with supervisors.
• Collaborate with Rehab Director and clinicians for patient-centered care.
• Support patient families and ensure a compassionate care environment.
