Ahava Therapy Services is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab team at Henry County Health & Rehab in Paris, TN. You will provide OTA services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, supporting residents' functional goals and participating in interdisciplinary care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved OTA program.
• Active OTA license or eligibility to practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide OTA treatments per plan.

• Document progress notes and maintain records.
• Collaborate with family, physicians and healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with OBRA, HIPAA, and reimbursement guidelines.
