Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an OTA program from an accredited associate degree program.
• Licensed in Kansas.
• Missouri license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals to identify needs and develop compensation techniques to address brain injury consequences.
• Contribute to evaluations addressing physical and mental abilities and analyze medical data for therapy strategies.
• Coordinate with supervising therapist to align goals with plans of care and orders.
• Educate families about brain injury consequences and progress goals.
• Maintain timely documentation and meet policy requirements.
