The Office of Statewide Workforce Development (OSWD) drives high-impact initiatives that connect talent with opportunity across the state in coordination with all the partners of the Coordinating Council for Workforce Development (CCWD). The role coordinates statewide workforce development projects and initiatives identified by CCWD.
Are you a sharp, proactive, and deeply organized professional ready to operate at the center of statewide workforce strategy? The OSWD is seeking a OSWD Coordinator to serve as a critical partner to the OSWD Director, staff, and the CCWD. This is not just a support role, you will be the operational backbone of our CCWD team, managing a diverse portfolio of projects, leading high-profile event logistics, and ensuring seamless communication across council leadership. This role assists by coordinating the portfolio of projects and initiatives identified by the CCWD, as well as communicates, coordinates, and facilitates projects and information directly for and on behalf of the OSWD director and staff. An ideal candidate will have initiative; ability to adapt, analyze and solve problems; excellent customer service skills; exercise good judgment; and collaborate effectively with others. If you possess sharp problem-solving instincts and the ability to turn chaotic schedules into organized success, we want you on our team.
An associate or bachelor's degree plus relevant administrative experience; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience sufficient to successfully perform the high-level functions of this role.
The hiring range for this position is $53,142 - $90,372 per year.
