Job summary

Coloplast is seeking an Ostomy Care Territory Manager in Portland to drive territory sales, cultivate partnerships with key decision makers, and expand market share for Ostomy Care products. You will conduct product in-services, monitor performance, and maintain CRM records while meeting travel expectations.

The role requires clinical product knowledge and strong relationship skills to engage healthcare facilities, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred with 3+ years of med tech sales experience.
• 2-year associate degree with 5+ years of med tech sales experience.
• 7+ years of med tech sales experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight — 25% - 50%.
• Credentialing requirements to access healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage targeted accounts and execute a plan to achieve territory sales objectives.
• Develop strategies to maximize territory and company objectives using sales data.
• Understand customer environments and key decision makers across clinical and financial areas.
• Advance sales processes to meet annual contract commitments.
• Utilize tools to maximize sales growth including GPO/IDN contracts and training materials.
