Episcopal Community Services (ECS) in Darby, PA, seeks an Assistant Group Supervisor for the Out of School Time program. The role supports the OST activities, assists with daily plans, and helps with meals and safety in a dynamic after-school setting.

The position is part-time, 15–20 hours weekly during school terms and up to 40 hours in summer, with potential bonuses and local transportation subsidies. Association with a mission-driven organization and opportunity to impact youth development

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with varying combinations of child-related experience/credits as listed.
• PA background clearances required before starting work.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children in the OST program.
• Assist with daily activities and track structured projects.
• Provide academic assistance to OST participants.
• Support healthy meals and snacks.
• Ensure safety and confidentiality of participants.
