Job summary

Savant Recruitment seeks an experienced OSS Project Manager to lead the end-to-end migration of an OSS service management layer from BMC Remedy ITSM to BMC Helix in a cloud-native environment.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Network Operations, IT Infrastructure, and external vendors to deliver a modern, containerised service management platform without disrupting live telecom operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT/telecommunications project management experience.
• Experience with BMC Remedy ITSM or BMC Helix migrations.
• Background in OSS telecom operations and service management.

Responsibilities

• Define migration scope and create project plans and data migration roadmaps.
• Oversee data mapping, transformation, and 3-way reconciliation.
• Coordinate multi-team deployment across development, QA, pre-prod, and production with Kubernetes/Helm.
