Dynamic Aviation is seeking an Oil Spill Response Mechanic, Field Technical Representative, to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a Boeing 737-500 at our Moses Lake, WA base. The role requires FAA A&P certification, avionics knowledge, and 5+ years of Boeing experience, with strong teamwork and compliance.

The position offers full-time work with on-call requirements, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k)

Formación

• FAA A&P certificate required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Live within 30–45 minutes of Moses Lake, WA.
• Minimum 5 years aircraft experience on Boeing 737 or similar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for maintenance and flight documentation.
• Strong teamwork, communication, problem solving and decision‑making skills.
• Resourceful and able to work independently when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Read and interpret maintenance manuals and FAA directives to determine repair feasibility and method.
• Perform all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on assigned aircraft or ground support equipment.
• Collaborate with team lead or manager on maintenance activities.
• Replace or repair worn, defective, or damaged components with hand tools and testing equipment.
• Read pilots’ discrepancies to diagnose causes.
• Assemble and install electrical, plumbing, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components.
• Organize and maintain shop floor and environment.
• Learn procedures for higher level assignments.
• Complete required paperwork to comply with regulations and procedures.
• Maintain parts inventory and report received parts.
• Assist pilots with aircraft servicing pre/post flight as needed.
• Develop work schedules and assignments to accomplish tasks.
• Deploy with aircraft on spray operations/tests/demos as needed.
• Fly with aircraft on spray missions as a spray system operator.
