Omni Air International (OAI) seeks a skilled A&P Mechanic to perform routine and preventive maintenance on company aircraft, with ETOPS duties defined in the EPPM. The role requires signing for work, troubleshooting deferred maintenance, and ensuring proper documentation and safety.

Candidates should have a valid A&P license, 3 years of line maintenance on Boeing 767/777 preferred, and be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work 10-12 hour shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Position may involve some travel.
• Regular attendance during regularly scheduled business hours.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid A&P License required.
• Minimum of 3 years line maintenance experience on a B767/777 preferred.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license with clear MVR and no major violations in 3 years.
• Must be able to pass a 10 year background/criminal/motor vehicle records check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine, non-routine and preventative maintenance per OAI manuals and FARs to ensure airworthiness of aircraft.
• Sign for work accomplished, troubleshoot deferred maintenance, and record tasks.
• Coordinate with Lead Mechanics and Maintenance Control as needed for incoming aircraft.
• Tag repairable components with reasons for removal.
• Maintain clean work area and proper handling of company equipment and parts.
• Represent Maintenance Department in a professional manner onboard aircraft.
• Attend trainings as assigned and comply with company policies.
