Job summary

Farnsworth Group, Inc. is seeking an OSP Project Manager to join our Energy & Utility Group within the Telecommunications Team.

You will plan, design, permit and administer construction for telecommunications and utility projects in Frisco, TX, with responsibilities spanning client relations, proposals, and field oversight. The role requires at least 4 years of OSP design experience, familiarity with FTTH and related standards, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of OSP design experience.
• Experience with Legal Mandate, IFP, Fiber Overbuild, FTTH, or LightGIG projects.
• Positive work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in office or field/remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and projects.
• Support development of proposals – scope, schedule and budget.
• Complete design and posting of telecom projects.
• Review projects for accuracy and adherence to specs.
• Plan and oversee work production to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Oversee work by technical and professional staff.
• Provide direction for permit plans and prints drafted in AutoCAD, MicroStation, Bluebeam.
• Support site visits and participate in overnight travel.
