Responsibilities include tracking project progress, maintaining schedules, and interfacing with internal and external teams. Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Coordinator experience, preferably in construction.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office and construction Smart Sheets.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all project activities and manage lifecycle, budget, and progress.
• Maintain project schedule and provide daily updates to leadership.
• Ensure all invoices are tracked and paid on time.
