Avacend Inc. is seeking an OSP Inspector II to ensure that underground, buried, and aerial plant facilities meet current standards. The role includes documenting inspections and transfers electronically and communicating via email and cellular phone.

Ideal candidates have NESC inspection experience, proficiency with OSP Construction Standards, and familiarity with mapping tools. Must hold a valid driver's license and be able to travel on short notice.

Qualifications

Experience performing NESC inspections or working on aerial cable line crews.
Experience with wooden pole ground line inspections.
Proficiency with OSP Construction Standards.
Familiarity with the National Electric Safety Code.
Microsoft Windows XP or newer, Excel, Outlook.
Experience with MapPoint mapping tools preferred.
Comfort with internet browsing and email usage.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Ability to travel with short notice.

Responsabilités
