Job summary

ITG Communications, LLC is seeking an OSP Construction Supervisor to lead aerial, underground and fiber splicing crews in Wisconsin. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery while guiding field operations and site engagements with customers and permit authorities.

The role requires 3–5 years in OSP supervision, strong leadership, scheduling and documentation skills. A HS diploma or GED is required; an associate degree is preferred. Frequent travel to job sites is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years in OSP construction supervision or leadership role.
• Experience directing aerial, underground and fiber splicing crews.
• Knowledge of OSP construction techniques, safety standards, documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Lead field crews and promote a strong safety culture.
• Supervise daily field operations for aerial, underground, and splicing work.
• Ensure construction quality and adherence to schedules.
• Coordinate inspections and unit quantity reporting.
• Represent ITG during site walks and pre-construction meetings.
• Identify issues early and implement solutions to prevent delays.
• Monitor progress and communicate status updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with ITG, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
