Job summary

ITG Communications, LLC is seeking an OSP Construction Supervisor to lead field crews in aerial, underground, and fiber splicing projects in Wisconsin. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating inspections and client communication.

This remote/travel role requires strong leadership, proactive problem solving, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced field setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Serve as a field leader and promote a strong safety culture.
• Supervise and coordinate daily field operations for aerial, underground, and splicing crews.
• Ensure construction quality and adherence to project schedules.
• Oversee inspections and manage unit quantity true-ups.
• Represent the company during site walks and project closeout activities.
• Identify issues early and implement effective solutions to prevent delays.
• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and communicate status updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with ITG, customer, and regulatory requirements.
