ITG Communications, LLC is seeking an OSP Construction Supervisor to lead aerial, underground and fiber splicing crews in Wisconsin. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery while guiding field operations and site engagements with customers and permit authorities.
The role requires 3–5 years in OSP supervision, strong leadership, scheduling and documentation skills. A HS diploma or GED is required; an associate degree is preferred. Frequent travel to job sites is expected.

The OSP Construction Supervisor plays a key role in the OSP Construction leadership team, overseeing and supporting the daily operations of aerial, underground, and splicing construction crews. This position ensures that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The Supervisor is responsible for the field execution of assigned projects, monitoring performance, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring timely completion of construction deliverables in accordance with company and customer requirements.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
