We are seeking a skilled OSP Engineer II to perform detailed outside plant facility engineering tasks. Responsibilities include estimating, analyzing, designing, and planning projects, tracking budgets and costs for copper and fiber cables, poles, direct buried, and conduit systems. The role involves preparing and interpreting engineering plans, designing loop loss, planning field-mounted switches, and performing pole, conduit, and buried facility design measurements. The engineer will ensure compliance with standards, conduct feasibility studies, develop and track budgets, and perform inspections to maintain quality.
Additional duties involve collecting field data, preparing permit packages, maintaining records, processing documents, posting records, typing reports, and assisting engineers. This position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of supporting high-quality projects and organizational excellence.
This position is remote; candidates should reside near Kennewick, Richland, or Tri-Cities, WA.
Pay Range: $30.00-$33.00 hourly/DOE
