We are seeking a highly skilled OSP Engineer II - (West Montana) to perform outside plant facility engineering tasks, including estimating, analyzing, designing, and planning projects, as well as tracking budgets and costs for copper and fiber cables, poles, direct buried, and conduit systems. Responsibilities include preparing and interpreting engineering plans, designing loop loss, planning field-mounted switches, and designing pole, conduit, and buried facilities. The engineer will ensure compliance with standards, conduct feasibility studies, develop budgets, and perform inspections to maintain quality.
This role also involves collecting field data, preparing permit packages, maintaining records, processing documents, and assisting engineers. It requires a detail-oriented professional committed to supporting high-quality projects and organizational excellence.
This position is remote; the candidate should reside near Great Falls or Butte, Montana.
Pay Range: $30.00-$33.00 hourly/DOE
