$35-$40 per hour Fort Washington, PA All On-site

Payrate: $35.00 to $40.00/hr
Summary:
This individual is a Telecommunications Professional and must be capable of engineering routine and specific outside plant work orders, both distribution and feeder. Candidate must be capable of providing administrative and field support to the outside plant workforces. This candidate must be able to manage high pressure and visibility work assignments independently.

Job Responsibilities:

• The Outside Plant Engineer is responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing network infrastructure. This work will include designing upgrades, repairs, and enhancements to the Outside Plant telephony network which includes all structures (such as poles and conduit systems), cable (copper & fiber) and associated equipment for aerial, underground, buried, and customer premise equipment for multi-tenant buildings.
• The engineer will monitor and analyze residential requirements for multi-tenant building locations within a geographical turf and design solutions to extend Telecommunication or copper services into residential locations.
• He/she will coordinate with a variety of Client's departments and also have direct customer contact with building management, property owners, and/or residential tenants.
• The engineer needs the ability to work in a diverse environment, indoors and outdoors, business and residential, and must be able to solve complex problems with innovative solutions.
• The engineer must be able to price out solutions and select the most effective design.
• The engineer has the authority, up to a set dollar limit, to choose and implement solutions independently.

Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
