Job summary

Uniti Group Inc. is seeking an OSP Construction Manager in Texas to oversee design, permitting, material acquisition, construction, and tie-ins for outside plant projects. You will monitor costs, quality, and schedules, generate CAD work prints, and provide cost estimates and reconciliation for job orders.

The role requires strong collaboration with permitting agencies, building owners, and internal teams, with a 65% field and 35% office mix. Base pay varies with location and experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with permitting, easements, and building access approvals.
• Experience coordinating with internal teams, contractors, SSPs, and NOC.
• Ability to monitor project progress, quality, and completion timelines.
• Experience with inspections, job reconciliation, and management reporting.
• Ability to read construction prints, plans, splicing diagrams, and OTDR results.
• Willingness to work in both the field and office environment.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering design prints for accuracy and ability to build project as designed.
• Communicate with city, county and state permitting agencies.
• Coordinate results with Broadband implementation and operations teams.
• Monitor contractor progress and quality inspections.
• Read construction prints and splicing diagrams used in fiber optics.
• Conduct 65% field and 35% office work on average; varies by market.
