Job summary

JSI invites you to join our team as an Outside Plant (OSP) Project Manager on our Fiber Design & Implementation Team in our Wills Point, TX office, where you'll lead FTTH design projects and coordinate with engineers and CAD/GIS technicians to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, client relationship skills, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Google Earth, GIS platforms, and MS Office; a high school diploma is required, with a bachelor's degree and PE preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of experience managing complex OSP FTTH design projects.
• Working knowledge of RUS specifications and units.
• Strong written and oral communication, ability to multitask.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and GIS tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive the delivery of the OSP FTTH design project.
• Monitor design progress, scheduling, and status tracking.
• Coordinate with client design teams and provide regular status updates.
• Align with field construction team to ensure design plans are followed.
