Job summary

Uniti Group in Texas seeks an OSP Construction Manager to oversee design, permitting, material acquisition, construction, and tie-ins for outside plant projects. You will generate CAD design prints, provide cost estimates, conduct inspections and manage contractor performance.

The role requires 65% field work and 35% office work, coordinating with permitting agencies, building owners, SSPs and NOC to meet service-level agreements. Reading prints and OTDR results is essential.

The employee will monitor all aspects of the project and expedite or escalate as appropriate to achieve the cost, quality, and schedule goals for the project.
