Uniti is seeking an OSP Construction Manager in Texas to lead design, permitting, material acquisition, construction, and tie‑ins of outside plant fiber projects, delivering cost, quality, and schedule goals.

You will generate CAD work prints, cost estimates, and inspection reports; read splicing diagrams and OTDR results; coordinate with permitting agencies, building owners, contractors, SSPs, and the NOC; and split time ~65% in the field and 35% in the office.

• Experience with permitting, easements, and building access approvals.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, SSPs, and NOC.
• Read construction prints, plans, splicing diagrams, and OTDR results.
• Split time between field and office environments.

• Review engineering design prints for accuracy and buildability.
• Communicate with city, county, and state permitting agencies.
• Monitor contractor progress and quality; ensure timely completion.
