Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Laborer to provide entry level outside plant installation support across various project sites. This non-exempt role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer-centric service as part of a nationwide team.

The ideal candidate will have a willingness to train, a strong work ethic, and an ALL IN attitude toward achieving results in a fast-paced environment. A High School diploma and a valid driver's license are preferred, with CDL certifications highly regarded.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of experience preferred in manual labor or construction environments.
• Valid driver's license with ability to drive a company vehicle is strongly preferred.
• Class A CDL license strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs general manual labor on outdoor sites in all weather conditions, including digging, installing utilities, moving materials, and inspecting ground conditions.
• Supports crew with jobsite setup and closeout tasks such as loading/unloading trucks, setting up cones and traffic signs, and preparing equipment.
• Operates basic equipment under supervision (e.g., directional drill, mini excavator, hydro truck).
• Reads and interprets prints and construction drawings with guidance from seasoned workers.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness, and quality standards on site; adheres to safety culture and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
