Qualifications

• 1 year of experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
• Valid driver’s license strongly preferred
• Class A CDL License strongly preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to read prints and construction drawings is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Performs general manual labor in various weather conditions, including hand digging and installing utilities
• Supports crew with jobsite setup, loading/unloading, and site prep tasks
• Operates basic equipment under supervision (directional drill, mini excavator, hydro truck)
• Meets production expectations set by Foreman and management
• Participates in safety training and adheres to safety protocols
• Maintains cleanliness and quality standards on the job site
