Job summary

Blue Sky Innovators, Inc. is seeking an OSINT Analyst in the Washington, DC area to conduct open-source intelligence research and threat analysis for protective operations.

You will research, evaluate, and report on information about individuals and groups that may threaten protected persons, facilities, or events, delivering timely analytic products to authorized personnel. The role is onsite at a government facility with duties supporting protective and investigative missions and may require

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen required; TS/SCI with or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years intelligence analysis experience, 3+ in OSINT.
• Experience with OSINT across social media, forums, deep and dark web, and public data sources.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to brief senior officials.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; ability to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct open-source research across surface, deep, and dark web to identify threats to protected persons, facilities, and events.
• Review high volumes of open-source information and evaluate relevance and validity.
• Support analysis across threat areas including terrorism, CI, cyber, and open-source threats.
• Draft finished OSSINT products and situation reports for authorized dissemination.
• Provide open-source support for travel and high-security events; brief on-site stakeholders.
