Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking an Open Source Intelligence Analyst to support a Top Secret/SCI eligible role in Washington, DC. This position requires 4+ years of intelligence experience in support of law enforcement and strong OSINT capabilities.

The role involves collecting and analyzing diverse information sources, assessing threat actors, and preparing briefs for senior government leaders. Limited telework and onsite requirement at customer site in Washington DC are noted.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in intelligence operations in support of a law enforcement mission
• All Source Analysis, darknet ecosystems knowledge, and threat/criminal investigations experience
• Experience coordinating with state/federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes information from open sources and other agencies to support missions
• Identifies sources and assesses patterns of life attributes and threat actors
• Uses forensic techniques to analyze digital information and recover data for investigations
• Familiar with forensic tools to recover metadata and detect steganography from digital media
• Maintains custody of evidence and documents procedures for investigations and court use
• Uses cyber intelligence tools to search publicly available information and dark web threats
• Prepares formal assessments and briefs for government leadership with clear conclusions
• Collaborates with government liaisons to leverage resources and lessons learned
• Supports protection missions by coordinating with law enforcement and travel-related analyses
• Trains government personnel on criminal intelligence processes and improvement opportunities
• Keeps up-to-date with emerging technologies relevant to assignments
