Job summary

ISN Corp. is seeking an Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst / Team Lead to support the Verification & Triage Unit (VTU) at Quantico, VA. You will provide task management, oversight of a multidisciplinary team, and data-driven program support for DCSA engagements.

You will develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to communicate performance, trends, and workload to government and contractor leadership, while ensuring compliance with applicable policies and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency with MS Access and Excel for data management.
• Ability to develop reports and dashboards for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead VTU operations and coordinate program personnel.
• Coordinate with Program Manager on performance planning.
• Plan, track, and report VTU activities to meet objectives.
• Provide oversight to verification, triage, case processing, and data analysis.
• Monitor workloads and performance metrics to identify risks.
• Develop reports and dashboards communicating performance to leadership.
• Create analytical tools to optimize resource use nationwide.
• Maintain data across NISS and Microsoft Access.
• Ensure compliance with DCSA policies and procedures.
• Support training and continuous process improvement.
• Prepare written updates for government and contractor stakeholders.
