Job summary

ISN is seeking an Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst / Team Lead to support the Verification & Triage Unit for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency. You will manage program personnel, oversee data analysis, and coordinate with leadership to meet performance objectives.

You will develop dashboards and reports, track workload, and ensure compliance with security policies while driving operational improvements across nationwide security inspection activities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Access or similar Systems of Record.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and briefing materials.
• Experience with federal government or DoD programs preferred.
• Knowledge of NISP and industrial security is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead VTU operations and provide daily coordination of personnel.
• Coordinate with Program Manager and VTU leadership on targets and workload priorities.
• Plan, track, and report VTU activities to meet performance objectives.
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Develop reports and dashboards communicating performance to government/leadership.
• Ensure compliance with DCSA policies and procedures.
• Support workforce training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare written reports and briefings for stakeholders.
