Job summary

ISN seeks an Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst / Team Lead to support the Verification & Triage Unit (VTU) for the DCSA Office of Entity Vetting. You will manage program personnel, oversee data collection, and coordinate performance planning and reporting for nationwide security inspections.

Required 8+ years in data analytics and experience with Microsoft Access or similar Systems of Record. TS clearance and US citizenship are prerequisites; role is on-site at DCSA facilities in

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of data collection and analysis experience.
• Experience with budgets, operations analysis, and performance tracking.
• Proficiency in data analytics using Access databases or comparable systems.
• Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and briefings for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Program Task Lead for VTU operations and coordinate personnel.
• Plan, track, and report VTU activities to meet performance targets.
• Provide oversight for verification, triage, case processing, and data analysis.
• Track workloads, case status, and performance metrics; identify risks and issues.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards communicating operational data.
