Job summary

ISN is seeking an Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst / Team Lead to support the Verification & Triage Unit for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency. You will oversee data collection, analysis, and program management to ensure mission objectives are met.

The role requires strong data analytics, leadership, and coordination across government and contractor stakeholders, with a focus on operational performance and reporting using Microsoft Access and related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; professional training in analytics or security preferred.
• Experience in data collection, manipulation, and reporting with strong communication.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Program Task Lead for VTU operations and provide daily coordination and oversight of assigned program personnel and activities.
• Coordinate with the Program Manager and VTU Deputy Chiefs regarding performance planning, training requirements, operational targets, workload priorities, and results.
• Develop reports, dashboards, briefing materials, and presentation slides to communicate performance and workload to Government and program leadership.
• Track workloads, case status, performance metrics, and identify risks or needs for management attention.
