Job summary

ISN is seeking an Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst / Team Lead to support the VTU for the DCSA Office of Entity Vetting. You will lead program personnel, coordinate with leadership, and drive data-driven verification and reporting across nationwide security inspection efforts.

The role requires strong expertise in data collection, analysis, and dashboard development, plus experience with Microsoft Access and government systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of data collection and analysis.
• 8+ years of data analytics in Microsoft Access or comparable systems.
• 8+ years of data inputs tracking and reporting.
• Experience with federal government or DoD programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Program Task Lead for VTU operations and coordinate personnel.
• Coordinate with Program Manager on performance planning and workload priorities.
• Plan, execute, track, and report VTU activities to meet objectives.
• Provide oversight to personnel for verification, triage, data analysis, and related support.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and briefing materials for leadership.
• Analyze data to identify trends and operational improvements.
