Job summary

Assertive Professionals seeks a Program Manager - OSINT/Watch Officer in Washington, DC. The role leads a skilled OSINT/Watch team, ensures timely collection, analysis, and reporting of actionable intelligence, and maintains SOPs and workflows.

The position requires an Active TS/SCI clearance, ability to obtain a CI polygraph, and extensive experience in OSINT within a national security context. On-site five days a week with competitive benefits and compensation.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph.
• Degree from an accredited institution.
• With a degree in a relevant field: 10 years of relevant experience.
• With a degree in an area not relevant to the position: 14 years of relevant experience.
• Experience conducting Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) analysis with OSINT tools.
• National Security Customer Intelligence analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite OSINT/Watch Officer operations five days a week.
• Oversee SOPs, OSINT workflows, and intelligence watch functions.
• Manage and mentor intelligence support personnel; plan work schedules.
• Maintain activity logs, reports, and resource allocation.
• Engage with office staff, management, and customer leadership; prepare weekly reports.
