Job summary

Base-2 Solutions seeks a User Support Specialist to onboard users to an Open Source Intelligence platform and to develop discovery tradecraft for intelligence analysis. You will work with Intelligence Community users to understand requirements and apply novel technologies, including POSTMAN, to deliver actionable insights.

The role emphasizes creating user guides, training end users, and building relationships with customers to enhance data discovery and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of related experience working with, or as, an all-source intelligence analyst.
• Experience working with Intelligence Community and Law Enforcement Agencies.
• Experience creating user guides and training end users for software platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Become a power user of the POSTMAN platform to support discovery of critical intelligence insights.
• Collaborate with team members, customer staff, and Intelligence Community users to understand requirements and apply technology and tradecraft.
• Provide subject matter expertise on platform use and discovery tradecraft through in-person and virtual customer engagement.
• Build professional relationships to enable use of novel technologies and tradecraft for intelligence product development.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to increase user adoption of the POSTMAN software and data.
