Job summary

Agile Defense seeks an Open Source Monitoring Specialist II to support a federal client. You will detect threats in social media, news sites, and forums using Boolean logic and automated tools. The role supports security and law enforcement worldwide, with a night shift of 6:00pm–6:15am, 4 on/4 off.

You will collect and analyze intelligence, prepare reports, and contribute to risk assessments under supervision while collaborating with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years of online research or investigative experience, or 7+ years without a degree.
• Experience in intelligence analysis methodologies and threat assessment.
• Ability to learn new software and summarize information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret intelligence from diverse sources.
• Conduct basic research, compile reports, identify trends or threats.
• Support intelligence briefings and contribute to risk assessments.
