Job summary

Base-2 Solutions seeks an OSINT Platform User Support Specialist 4 to support the DOMEX Technology Platform in Bethesda, MD. The role involves assisting IC users with POSTMAN, a DoD-wide workflow tool for Open Source Intelligence, and developing tradecraft, training materials, and user guides.

The ideal candidate is a current or former intelligence analyst who thrives on solving problems, engaging mission partners, and delivering outcome-based solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and ten years of experience in OSINT or intelligence analysis.
• Experience with Intelligence Community and Law Enforcement Agencies preferred.
• Experience creating user guides and training end users for software platforms.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Become a POSTMAN power user to support discovery of critical intelligence insights.
• Provide POSTMAN software familiarization and discovery tradecraft support to IC users.
• Collaborate with POSTMAN team members, customer staff, and IC users to understand requirements and outcomes.
• Provide subject matter expertise on platform use and discovery tradecraft through in-person and virtual engagement.
• Build relationships to enable adoption of POSTMAN and data.
• Create training and familiarization materials for POSTMAN users.
• Document user requirements to development teams.
• Collect and analyze metrics to refine user engagements and data discovery.
