Job summary

Base-2 Solutions seeks a TS/SCI-cleared All-Source Platform User Support Specialist 3 to support the DIA-NMEC DOMEX Technology Platform in Bethesda, MD. The role focuses on enhancing user implementation of software developed under the DTP program and providing tradecraft support to IC users.

You will become a DTP power user, deliver end-user training materials, gather user requirements, and collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and testers to improve data discovery and analysis for

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph.
Bachelor's degree with minimum six years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst (three years may substitute).
Experience with Intelligence Community and Law Enforcement Agencies.
Experience creating user guides and training end users for software platforms.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Become a DTP application power user to support discovery of critical intelligence insights.
Provide subject matter expertise on platform use and discovery tradecraft through in-person and virtual outreach.
Enable IC users to discover, retrieve, and use data to assist intelligence operations.
Build relationships to promote adoption of DTP technologies and data.
Create training and familiarization materials for users.
Document and communicate user requirements to DTP development teams.
