Job summary

Sunayu, LLC is seeking a User Support Specialist in Bethesda, MD to enable IC users to search for and retrieve data using POSTMAN. You will become a power user, collaborate with IC staff, data scientists, and program leadership to understand requirements and apply outcome-based approaches.

You will develop and deliver POSTMAN training, create user guides, and communicate requirements to development teams while building strong relationships to expand data discovery and user adoption for national

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of related experience in all-source intelligence.
• Experience with Intelligence Community and Law Enforcement Agencies.
• Experience creating user guides and training end users for software platforms.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy solving complex problems to support National Security missions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Become a POSTMAN power user to support discovery of critical intelligence insights.
• Collaborate with team members, customer staff, and IC Users to understand requirements and apply approaches.
• Provide subject matter expertise of platform use and discovery tradecraft through outreach and engagement.
• Build professional relationships to enable use of novel technologies and tradecraft.
• Identify opportunities to increase user adoption of POSTMAN.
• Create POSTMAN training and familiarization material.
• Document and communicate user requirements to POSTMAN development teams.
• Collect and analyze metrics to refine user engagements and improve data discovery.
