Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a TS/SCI-cleared OSINT Platform User Support Specialist 3 to support the DOMEX Technology Platform mission in Bethesda, MD. This role supports POSTMAN, a DoD-wide workflow management platform for Open Source Intelligence.

The specialist will provide software familiarization, discovery tradecraft support, and user outreach to IC users, helping search for relevant data to support intelligence analysis and operations.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of six years of OSINT analyst experience (three years substitutable).
• Experience with Intelligence Community and law enforcement agencies.
• Experience creating user guides and training end users for software platforms.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Become a POSTMAN power user to support discovery of intelligence insights.
• Provide POSTMAN familiarization and discovery tradecraft support to IC users.
• Collaborate with POSTMAN team, customer staff, and IC users to understand requirements.
• Provide SME on platform use and discovery tradecraft in person or virtually.
• Build relationships to enable use of novel technologies for data discovery.
• Identify opportunities to increase user adoption of POSTMAN.
• Create training and familiarization materials for users.
• Document user requirements to POSTMAN development teams.
• Collect and analyze metrics to refine user engagements.
