Job summary

Base-2 Solutions in Bethesda, MD seeks a TS/SCI-cleared OSINT Platform User Support Specialist 2 to support the DOMEX Technology Platform mission and POSTMAN, a DoD-wide workflow management platform for Open Source Intelligence.

The role provides POSTMAN familiarization and discovery tradecraft support to Intelligence Community users, helping them search for and retrieve data to support intelligence analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience creating user guides and training end users for software platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience providing technical training for IC tools or technologies.
• Experience using Elasticsearch/Kibana or data visualization software (Tableau/ArcGIS/Analyst Notebook).
• Data analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Become a POSTMAN power user to support the discovery of critical intelligence insights.
• Provide POSTMAN software familiarization and discovery tradecraft support to IC users.
• Collaborate with POSTMAN team members, customer staff, and IC users to understand requirements and outcomes.
• Provide subject matter expertise on platform use and discovery tradecraft through outreach and engagement.
• Build relationships to enable use of novel technologies and tradecraft to discover and retrieve relevant data.
