Job summary

Base-2 Solutions seeks a TS/SCI-cleared All-Source Platform User Support Specialist 3 to support the DOMEX platform in Bethesda, MD. The role focuses on enabling users to search, discover, and retrieve data to support intelligence analysis and operations.

Ideal candidates bring IC experience, training development skills, and the ability to work with diverse teams to improve data discovery and mission outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis; 3 extra years may substitute for degree.
• Experience with Intelligence Community and Law Enforcement Agencies.
• Experience creating user guides and training end users for software platforms.
• Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Ability to solve complex problems for national security missions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Become a DTP application power user to support discovery of critical insights.
• Provide SME on platform use and discovery tradecraft through in-person and virtual outreach.
• Enable IC users to discover, retrieve, and use data to support operations.
• Build relationships to enable adoption of novel technologies and tradecraft.
• Identify opportunities to increase user adoption of DTP applications and data.
• Create DTP training and familiarization materials for users.
• Document user requirements for DTP development teams.
• Collect and analyze metrics to refine user engagements and improve data discovery.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, engineers, and testers.
