Job summary

Base-2 Solutions seeks a TS/SCI-cleared All-Source Platform User Support Specialist 4 to support the DIA-NMEC DOMEX Technology Platform in Bethesda, MD. The role focuses on enabling analysts to search, retrieve, and analyze data within the DOMEX Data Discovery Platform while collaborating with intelligence customers and technical teams.

The ideal candidate has strong all-source experience, a background in training end users, and the ability to develop and deliver performance‑oriented tradecraft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in all-source intelligence.
• Experience with Intelligence Community and law enforcement agencies.
• Experience creating user guides and training end users for software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Become a DTP application power user to support discovery of critical intelligence insights.
• Provide subject matter expertise on platform use and discovery tradecraft through in-person and virtual outreach.
• Enable users to discover, retrieve, and use data to support intelligence analysis and operations.
• Build professional relationships to adopt novel technologies and tradecraft.
• Create training and familiarization materials to support users.
• Document and communicate user requirements to development teams.
