Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking a Senior OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst to support routine and SAP/compartmented projects for all intelligence disciplines. You will conduct OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and provide intelligence requirements.

You will create collection plans, draft OSIRs, and support OSINT analytic production requirements, contributing to OSIR quality reviews and language-based insights while ensuring reporting meets Defense Intelligence

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD/IC.
• 2+ years OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis, and reporting experience; special operations support preferred.
• Proficiency with all-source intelligence tools, databases, and OSINT repositories.
• Understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy.
• Strong written communications and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong verbal briefing skills; able to brief at O4/GS13 level or above.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Overview

CGS is seeking a skilled OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst (Language Enabled) – Senior to support routine, SAP and compartmented projects, operations, and exercises for all intelligence disciplines. Responsibilities include conducting OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and provide intelligence requirements. You will be responsible for creating collection plans, drafting Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), and supporting OSINT analytic production requirements.

• Create collection plans, draft OSIRs, and support OSINT analytic production requirements.
• Contribute to OSIR quality reviews and language-based insights and expertise.
• Ensure all reporting meets Defense Intelligence requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community.
• Minimum of two (2) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis, and reporting. Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations preferred. Note: traditional/legacy OSINT duties will not be considered equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in the current suite of all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories.
• Strong proficiency in OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology.
• Understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy.
• Strong written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong verbal briefing skills, able to brief at the O4/GS13 level or above.
• Must demonstrate foreign language proficiency (reading, listening, writing, speaking) in a designated language identified by the Government.
• At the Government's discretion, analytic experience qualification requirements may be reduced or waived to meet the language proficiency requirement.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
