Job summary

CGS Federal in Arlington, VA seeks an OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst (Language Enabled) – Senior to support SAP and compartmented operations. You will conduct OSINT collection using MAS and tools on foreign sources, create collection plans, draft OSIRs, and support analytic production requirements across intelligence disciplines.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years as an intelligence analyst, 2+ years in OSINT/PAI, strong proficiency with all-source and OSINT tools, and active DoD Top Secret/SCI

Qualifications

Minimum of six (6) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community.
Minimum of two (2) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis, and reporting; SAP/OPSEC experience preferred.
Strong proficiency with all-source intelligence tools, databases, and OSINT repositories.
Foreign language proficiency at a required level as identified by Government.

Responsibilities

Conduct OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and provide intelligence requirements.
Create collection plans and draft Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs).
Support OSINT analytic production requirements and OSIR quality reviews.
