Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking a Senior OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst to support routine and SAP/compartmented projects for all intelligence disciplines. You will conduct OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and provide intelligence requirements.

You will create collection plans, draft OSIRs, and support OSINT analytic production requirements, contributing to OSIR quality reviews and language-based insights while ensuring reporting meets Defense Intelligence

Qualifications

6+ years of experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD/IC.
2+ years OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis, and reporting experience; special operations support preferred.
Proficiency with all-source intelligence tools, databases, and OSINT repositories.
Understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy.
Strong written communications and MS Office proficiency.
Strong verbal briefing skills; able to brief at O4/GS13 level or above.
Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
