Job summary

CGS is seeking an OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst to conduct advanced collection, processing, exploitation, dissemination, reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources. This role is based at Fort Liberty, NC and requires senior-level experience within the DoD/IC environment.

The successful candidate will interface with the IC, fuse multi-intelligence data, and provide targeting support for special operations, HUMINT, and cyber operations.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community.
• Minimum of three (3) years of specific OSINT/PAI exploitation experience supporting special operations, intelligence operations, targeting, and HUMINT lead development.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience with digital signature reduction.
• Advanced proficiency with all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, and OSINT research methodology.
• Advanced understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy.
• Superior written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Superior verbal briefing skills, with history of briefing at the O5/GS14 level or above.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Qualifications.

• Minimum of six (6) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community.
• Minimum of three (3) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non-kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development. Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations is preferred. (Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties will not be considered equivalent experience).
• Minimum two (2) years of experience with digital signature reduction.
• Advanced proficiency in the current suite of all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, as well as analytic and targeting methodology.
• Advanced proficiency with the current suite of OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research methodology, and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media, the internet, commercially available data, and deep/dark web data sources).
• Advanced understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy.
• Superior written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
• Superior verbal briefing skills, with demonstrated history of briefing at the O5/GS14 level or above.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
