Job summary

Pinkerton in Scottsdale seeks an Intelligence Analyst to monitor OSINT sources and proactively identify risks to client facilities, traveling employees, and fleet operations. The analyst conducts research, raises alerts to stakeholders, and supports incident management while helping to improve risk procedures.

A Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years in a GSOC is expected; strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in a dynamic security environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or 3–5 years in a GSOC or similar role.
• Threat research and OSINT proficiency using diverse sources.
• Understanding of incident response, triage, escalation and recovery.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton's values of integrity, vigilance and excellence.
• Monitor OSINT software and sources to identify risks to facilities, travelers and fleet.
• Research and analyze risks; transmit alerts to key stakeholders.
• Assist Security Dispatchers with day-to-day security operations tasks as needed.
• Triage real-time alerts; determine relevance to client.
• Collect and disseminate intelligence to support action plans.
• Document disruptive events with clear details in incident tools.
• Collaborate with fleet operations and cross-functional teams to improve processes.
• Contribute to SOPs and playbooks for threat analysis and improvements.
