You will conduct threat research, analyze data, and transmit alerts to stakeholders while collaborating with security dispatchers and fleet operations. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, adherence to SOPs, and a strong ethical approach to data privacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years in a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) or similar role.
• Experience with threat research, identification, and trends; OSINT tools proficiency.
• Knowledge of OSINT techniques for data collection and validation.
• Understanding incident response procedures (identify, triage, escalate, recover).

Responsibilities

• Monitor OSINT sources to proactively identify risks to facilities, traveling personnel, and fleets.
• Conduct research and analysis; transmit alerts to key stakeholders.
• Assist Security Dispatchers with day-to-day security operations tasks.
• Receive real-time alerts and triage disruptions for relevance to the client.
• Document disruptive events with proper grammar and store in incident management tools.
• Work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment with fleet operations.
• Make recommendations to enhance risk management procedures and controls.
